Firstly, the replacement cycle of activated carbon: In general, activated carbon adsorption and treatment equipment will use activated carbon, and there should be a regular regeneration or replacement time for activated carbon. Normally, we need to calculate it according to the factory's working hours. Every eight hours of operation, the time for activated carbon desorption and treatment should also be around three months. This is the typical treatment cycle, We can also calculate the desorption time in detail based on the actual use of activated carbon, and activated carbon will lose its regeneration effect after two years of use; In this way, we need to update and replace it.

Secondly, the method of replacing activated carbon: In order to facilitate the replacement of activated carbon during the operation process, our activated carbon adsorbers are all drawer type, which directly extract and pour out the full activated carbon, and then install new activated carbon.

Thirdly, solvent recovery: The solvents in the waste gas treatment equipment are insoluble in water and can be easily recovered with water. After recovery, we can mix water and add one piece to the coal before sending it to the boiler for burning.

Fourthly, mixture concentration: The concentration of Na0H and NaC10 mixture in the first stage absorption tower and storage tank should be maintained at around 2% -6%, and when the concentration is below 2%, the mixture needs to be added.

Fifth, daily maintenance of activated carbon adsorption equipment: What the equipment needs to do is to regularly check whether the fan and water pump are operating properly, whether the filter and nozzle are unobstructed or blocked, whether the liquid level is normal, and whether the float ball is malfunctioning. Another issue is whether the concentration of the absorbed neutralization solution is within the specified range. If any of the above issues are found, we should immediately handle them and never force operations, which may affect the quality of equipment operation or cause equipment damage.
