When distributing air ducts for dust treatment equipment, the following three principles should be followed:
Principle 1: The air duct should have sufficient sealing
The sealing performance of the air duct must be improved. If the air duct cannot be sealed, there will be a loss of air volume during the transportation of dusty gases, and the suction effect will be weakened.
Principle 2: Choose the appropriate diameter of the air duct
The selection of the diameter of the air duct is based on the air volume and the flow rate inside the duct. After the dust collector is selected, the air volume is basically constant, but the selection of the flow rate needs to be based on the type of dust. If the dust is relatively light, the flow rate can be relatively slow. If the dust particle size is large and heavy, the flow rate needs to be faster to ensure that the dust does not settle in the air duct.
Principle 3: Install air ducts according to on-site conditions
The installation principle of the air duct is mainly to be straight without bending, and the bending should be large. According to the site, the air duct should be straight as much as possible to avoid wind pressure loss. In cases where bends are unavoidable, it is necessary to reduce the curvature of the bends and increase them to minimize wind pressure loss.
